How Website Care works.
Our monthly website packages are a fully managed service. Instead of a large upfront build cost, you pay one simple monthly price and we look after everything — design, hosting, security, maintenance and support.
Website provided and managed as part of your ongoing Website Care plan.

If you ever cancel your plan
Your website remains live and managed while your Website Care plan is active. If the plan is cancelled, the managed website service will end and the website will be taken offline at the end of the applicable paid/notice period, unless a separate transfer or buyout arrangement has been agreed in writing.
We keep this simple and transparent so you know exactly how the service works before you sign up. If you would prefer a different ownership or payment arrangement, just tell us and we'll talk it through.
This applies to websites supplied under a monthly Website Care plan. Projects agreed under separate ownership or payment arrangements are governed by whatever is agreed in writing for that project.
